We have a no return policy / no exchange policy as we make limited products and get it custom made from our artisans which need to be paid prior.We make sure that every piece of jewellery goes through quality check before we dispatch it.Your trust is our success.
you can contact us at tamayaindia@gmail.com. incase the product is delivered broken/Damaged but a complete unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery will be required without which we cannot ensure replacement.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and confirming an unboxing video of damaged items and a confirmation mail from us about the return being accepted a return will not be accepted.
You will be delivered the same item if available or a the amount will be credited as a gift amount which you can redeem for your future purchase.
